The most successful people in this world have MENTORS. Everyone that is successful will eventually become a MENTOR. Why? You need to learn how to do things somehow and someone will want to learn form you.Children are perfect example of this. They look up to their parents for everything. From the time they are in diapers till the day you leave this world, your children will look to you for guidance. You are their MENTOR. I know what you are thinking right now, why are we talking about children if you are trying help us become successful? Simple!! As I have said before and I will say it again, we all need to think more like children.I have two MENTORS. One is my father, who is one of the most successful mortgage professionals around. He owns a brokerage company in Indiana, that produces more than 25% of the city's mortgages. I know you might think that 25% is not much, but to control a 25% market share is awesome. He is also one of the most intelligent businessmen that I know. If I have a question about anything with my career, I ask him. He will tell me what I should do or if I am doing something wrong. He holds me accountable for everything. I owe all of my knowledge and success to him. He is my MENTOR!!!The second one is ProBlogger. He is one of the most popular bloggers on the Internet. If you do a search for almost anything related to making money or blogging, you will see ProBlogger. This guy is the one everyone else wants to be. Why? Read this post that he has out and that will explain. NEW POST Everything that I have learned about blogs and blogging comes from his site. I learn something for him everyday. You can too, if you want to succeed. He is my MENTOR!!!Now you are probably saying, WOW you know ProBlogger? No, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night!! LOL!! Not personally, but I have visited his site religiously for the last six months. How is he your MENTOR? You don't have to know someone intimately to learn from or to succeed from their knowledge. If someone can educate you with their words or videos, this can be just as powerful.A MENTOR can have an impact more than you can imagine. Knowing you have somewhere to go for the answers to all of those questions that elude you. Knowing that if you need some form of assistance or guidance you can count on them.I MENTOR individuals on a daily basis at work and online. How? There is always someone out there you can help. I have many people that look to me for advice or direction. Holding someone accountable for themselves can have a huge impact on their career or life. Just like with children!!!Who is your MENTOR? I want to be rich!!! Beyond my wildest dreams. What do I have to do to get there?I Can Teach You How To Make $7,000.00 a Day in Only 15 Minutes. Wrong!!! Wrong!!! Wrong!!!I see these ads everyday. They all say I can show you how to make big money in only 15 minutes for just one payment of $499.99. That must be an industry standard. Well I guess their not lying!! I could show you how to make money in only 15 minutes. I just flood your computer with pages upon pages of info that only takes 15 minutes to download. Collect my money and never talk to you again. You will never find success in a box.This is an old marketing ploy. They don't say you will make money, they just said "I can show you how". In fact it will probably take you many months to promote your blog or site enough to get everyone to recognize it. Yes if you already know how to do everything you can move faster, but the average person is just starting.Think about it. There are millions upon millions of blogs or websites out there. How are you going to be one of the top 10 within fifteen minutes? NO!! You will have to work hard to promote it and post new things daily. Submit everything again and again.Why do it then? Well, if you love to do something you will become an expert. You will work hard for something if you believe in it.Even I get frustrated if something I do well takes more time than I would like. This page is a perfect example. I have been doing this for two years now (I had a website for my work) and this page is still not in the top 10. Why!!! Well lets look at it. I justed started it three days ago and it is not linked to very many sites. OK!! What do I do about that? Work harder to get quality information that my audience will enjoy. Build up the number of subscribers that I have. Tell everyone on the internet that I meet about this site!!!I make over six figures a year and I am very comfortable in my life. How did I do this? Time!!! I did not start my career at the top!!! I had to work from the bottom and learn all of the secrets that I could. Today, when I talk to people in my industry, they listen. Why? I earned the respect that comes from being an expert in my field. If you have not read my profile, I'm in the mortgage industry.The whole point of this post is to show you that I will not lye to you and say "I will make you RICH in just a couple of days!!!" I will however show you everything that I have learned over the last fourteen years of my career. Becoming successful is a state of mind and not how much you pay for the information.I want to mentor anyone that would like my help. I will never tell you "I will make 100 millionaires withing 5 years". That is ludicrous for me to say. I would be lying!!! I will only help those who want my help. I will only work with you if you are willing to learn as well as teach. TEACH? I learn something everyday from my children, why would I not learn from you? That is what makes me successful!!! I know that I do not know everything!!!
