The History of the Popsicle

I was just thumbing through some of my Page a Day calendars and a little trivia for you. Do you know the original three flavors of the Popsicle... I would have thought chocolate would have been one of them, but it isn't.
You can all guess, but I will leave the answers here...
I'm curious to see how many know the right answers. :)
