hey..not bad. Great content. But the your google search engine and the unit text is out of alignment. I view your blog in firefox. As for your side vertival banner, i will suggest you to blend in with your blog sidebar background color.  And you should display your comment links. So ppl can post  =) I have a new blog too. well unless you have 1000's of visitors to your site you will never make anything with it ...lol you get paid if somone using your ink and asks for a quote on insurance ... I haven't made a dime yet but not a high traffic area my profile ... so ...
