bidvertiser is ok ...but don't pay as much as adsense ....yes they are alot less strict :) as for pinging ...you would only be pinging your blogs so I see why not ...but to make sure ask Phil :)
exactl number..well that all depends if your gonna get refferals or just comment write blogs bulletins forum oposts and post pics or not? paypal is the way without referals its 25 cents per 50 points and $20 is payout
