*Perfect Eyeliner

I tend to have oily eyelids. That means that eyeliner pencils seldom work for me. The color tends to stray to every other area of the eye.
To fix this problem, I have found that I have the best results with a pot of eyeliner that is to be used with a brush and a little water. Dampen the brush, pick up a little liner and then slowly line the eye area. Using this method, you can start with a very thin line and increase the width as needed. Much easier to master. And don't forget to carefully blot the fresh liner to pick up any trace of wet liner.
I think that why it works is the fact that the formulation does not include oil or wax of any sort.

Did you know that biting your nails can damage the nail bed? I am guilty as a child and have always wondered if that is why some of my nails are unusually shaped?

Those Stomach Muscles

Did you know that sitting makes your stomach relax and that pulls on your back muscles. While I have been aware of my posture or lack of lately... I didn't know that sitting for long periods of time was affecting so much of the body. Apparently you are supposed to do stomach crunches while sitting in the chair and consciously sitting up straight doesn't hurt either!!
Curious to see how I feel by the end of the day!
