 The most successful people in this world have MENTORS. Everyone that is successful will eventually become a MENTOR. Why? You need to learn how to do things somehow and someone will want to learn form you.Children
are perfect example of this. They look up to their parents for
everything. From the time they are in diapers till the day you leave
this world, your children will look to you for guidance. You are their MENTOR.
I know what you are thinking right now, why are we talking about
children if you are trying help us become successful? Simple!! As I
have said before and I will say it again, we all need to think more
like children.I have two MENTORS.
One is my father, who is one of the most successful mortgage
professionals around. He owns a brokerage company in Indiana, that
produces more than 25% of the city's mortgages. I know you might think
that 25% is not much, but to control a 25% market share is awesome. He
is also one of the most intelligent businessmen that I know. If I have
a question about anything with my career, I ask him. He will tell me
what I should do or if I am doing something wrong. He holds me
accountable for everything. I owe all of my knowledge and success to
him. He is my MENTOR!!!The second one is ProBlogger.
He is one of the most popular bloggers on the Internet. If you do a
search for almost anything related to making money or blogging, you
will see ProBlogger. This guy is the one everyone else wants to be. Why? Read this post that he has out and that will explain. NEW POST
Everything that I have learned about blogs and blogging comes from his
site. I learn something for him everyday. You can too, if you want to
succeed. He is my MENTOR!!!Now you are probably saying, WOW you know ProBlogger?
No, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night!! LOL!! Not
personally, but I have visited his site religiously for the last six
months. How is he your MENTOR?
You don't have to know someone intimately to learn from or to succeed
from their knowledge. If someone can educate you with their words or
videos, this can be just as powerful.A MENTOR
can have an impact more than you can imagine. Knowing you have
somewhere to go for the answers to all of those questions that elude
you. Knowing that if you need some form of assistance or guidance you
can count on them.I MENTOR
individuals on a daily basis at work and online. How? There is always
someone out there you can help. I have many people that look to me for
advice or direction. Holding someone accountable for themselves can
have a huge impact on their career or life. Just like with children!!!Who is your MENTOR? Who looks at you as a MENTOR?We must all have a MENTOR to truly become successful.
