Detox And Develop a Healthier, Leaner
Body
Step
1: Choose healthy, organic foods. Eating
vegetables and healthy carbohydrates will not only
lead to a leaner, healthier body, but also helps
your internal organs to function more efficiently.
Plus, organic foods lack the pesticides and
herbicides commonly used on
produce.
Step 2: Drink lots
of purified water. Water is very important for
helping your body detoxify naturally. Make an
effort to drink roughly half your body weight in
ounces each day. For example if you currently
weigh 160 pounds, you should be drinking 80 ounces
of water every day. Increase this amount when
exercising.
Step 3:
Exercise frequently. Exercising on a regular basis
can lead to improved cardiovascular and metabolic
function. Find a physical activity that you enjoy
and make it part of your daily routine. Twenty
minutes daily is generally recommended, but please
talk to your physician before starting any
exercise or weight-control
program.
Step 4: Find the
appropriate nutritional supplements to help
replenish your body. The Isagenix Cleansing and
Fat Burning System, with delicious chocolate or
vanilla shakes, is a unique program that provides
you cleansing nutrients.* Combining this system
with low-calorie, healthy meals can lead to
healthy weight loss.
Perform these four easy
steps and experience the joy of healthy weight
loss and an improved self-image. Choose healthier
foods, drink lots of water, exercise regularly and
make the Isagenix Cleansing and Fat Burning System
part of your daily life.
